Noynoying -

1. doing what Philippine President Benigno Simeon "Noynoy" Aquino III is said to be doing, i.e., NOTHING, in times where something is needed to be done.

Example: In times of natural calamities, our mayor is just noynoying.

2. doing what President Noynoy Aquino is said to be doing, i.e. nothing but lip service.

3. posing for photograph to be doing something for purposes of showing proof to the public that he is too busy at work and to dispel the idea that he is spending time for dating when in fact, media interviews will prove he has been voluntarily talking to media about his (series of) girlfriends and when he should focus his time to the care of the country and not for self-fulfilling cares.

4. Not knowing what to do.
